ANDY CARROLL TO RETURN FOR LONDON DERBY

West Ham United are set to host Tottenham Hotspur in a major game this weekend.

The block buster match could seal off Spurs hopes of lifting the Premier League this season as there are few games left and leaders Chelsea are four points ahead.

Spurs would be seeking their tenth win in a row at the London Stadium while Slaven Bilic and his men would be seeking revengeafter losing at White Hart Lane in the first leg. The Hammers were ahead when they met in November. They were set to pick all three points and a crucial away victory until Harry Kane changed the story as he scored two late goals to upturn the result 3-2.

The co-Chair of West Ham David Gold has hinted at a return of Andy Carroll for the game against Spurs. West Ham have had it bad with injuries this season and it has reflected on their achievements. Carroll could provide a boost as the season winds down.

Tottenham would have an unchanged side after their victory over Arsenal last week. Kane has scored three in his last four games. He would lead the attack with help from Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, and Son Heung-min. Kane and Alli have 38 Premier League goals between them. This is the most since 1994/95 season. Jurgen Klinsmann and Teddy Sheringham had 38 goals between them as well but the current duo would likely break that record this term.

Ahead of the game, West Ham have a poor record against Tottenham with them having just a victory in the last five meetings between both sides. Spurs have not done a double over them in five years but this time they have a good chance. Tottenham are having a great season, and it could be their best in the league yet.
